Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • 3 tbsp (64g) honey
  • 1 tsp (2.6g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Using a hand mixer on medium-high speed, whip the butter for 2–3 minutes until the color shifts to a pale, creamy ivory and the texture becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Lower the mixer speed and slowly pour in the honey while continuing to whip until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the ground cinnamon and salt, mixing for another 30 seconds until the butter has a uniform, golden-tan hue.
