Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 3 tbsp (64g) honey
- 1 tsp (2.6g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Place the softened butter in a medium mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer on medium-high speed, whip the butter for 2–3 minutes until the color shifts to a pale, creamy ivory and the texture becomes light and fluffy.
- Lower the mixer speed and slowly pour in the honey while continuing to whip until fully incorporated.
- Add the ground cinnamon and salt, mixing for another 30 seconds until the butter has a uniform, golden-tan hue.
