Ingredients:

- 2 large eggs

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Place the cottage cheese, eggs, dried Italian herbs, and garlic powder into a high-speed blender or NutriBullet.
- Pulse on high for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is completely liquid with no visible white curds remaining.
- Line a standard 13x18 inch baking sheet with high-quality parchment paper. Ensure you do not use wax paper or foil.
- Pour the batter onto the parchment paper and spread it into a thin, even layer using a spatula or by tilting the pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the wrap is set and the edges are golden and slightly mahogany in color.
