Ingredients:

  • 115g full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 80ml avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 2g garlic powder
  • 2g onion powder
  • 450g cooked chicken breast, cold and shredded
  • 100g thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and chopped
  • 100g sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 3 large fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely minced
  • 30g green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, avocado oil mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Use a spatula or electric hand mixer to whip the base ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and emulsified.
  3. Add the finely minced jalapeños and sliced green onions to the creamy base. Stir thoroughly to allow the pepper oils to permeate the dressing.
  4. Fold in the cold shredded chicken breast, shredded cheddar cheese, and the chopped bacon bits.
  5. Use a folding motion to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated in the dressing while maintaining the texture of the chicken fibers.
