  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Flake the salmon using a fork, ensuring any skin or bones are removed.
  2. Combine the flaked salmon with the diced celery, minced red onion, and drained capers in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill until the dressing is smooth and velvety.
  4. Pour the lemon-dill dressing over the salmon mixture.
  5. Gently fold the ingredients together using a spatula until the salmon is evenly coated, taking care not to over-mix.
