Ingredients:
- 12 oz lemon-lime soda
- 2 tbsp blackberry syrup
- 1.5 oz Malibu Rum
- 2 tbsp canned coconut cream
- 0.5 unit fresh lime, juiced
- 0.25 cup crushed ice
- 5 units fresh blueberries
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass or 16oz mason jar to the brim with crushed ice. Pour the Malibu rum directly over the ice.
- Pour the lemon-lime soda over the ice, leaving approximately two inches of space at the top. Slowly drizzle the blackberry syrup over the center so it sinks to create a gradient effect.
- In a separate small container, whisk the canned coconut cream and fresh lime juice together until smooth.
- Slowly pour the coconut-lime mixture over the back of a spoon onto the top of the soda to create the signature 'dirty' float layer.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw.
