Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 oz (60ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz (45ml) Agave Nectar
- 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
- 4 oz (120ml) Sparkling Mineral Water
- 1 oz (30ml) Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt or Tajín Clásico Seasoning
- 1 tsp Lime Zest
- 2 Fresh Strawberry slices for garnish
- 2 Lime wheels for garnish
Instructions:
- Mix coarse salt and lime zest on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses and dip into the mixture at a 45-degree angle. Set aside to dry.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine sliced strawberries, lime juice, agave nectar, and a pinch of salt. Muddle thoroughly until strawberries are completely broken down into a thick syrup.
- Fill the shaker 3/4 full with large ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
- Double-strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling mineral water and a splash of orange juice. Stir gently and garnish with strawberry slices and lime wheels.
