Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 oz (60ml) Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1.5 oz (45ml) Agave Nectar
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt
  • 4 oz (120ml) Sparkling Mineral Water
  • 1 oz (30ml) Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt or Tajín Clásico Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • 2 Fresh Strawberry slices for garnish
  • 2 Lime wheels for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix coarse salt and lime zest on a small plate. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of two glasses and dip into the mixture at a 45-degree angle. Set aside to dry.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine sliced strawberries, lime juice, agave nectar, and a pinch of salt. Muddle thoroughly until strawberries are completely broken down into a thick syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker 3/4 full with large ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frost-cold.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with fresh ice. Top with sparkling mineral water and a splash of orange juice. Stir gently and garnish with strawberry slices and lime wheels.
